Do we only make hockey jerseys?
Absolutely not! We make a large range of completely custom products; from custom snapback hats, to custom backpacks, hoodies, beanies and more! Whether you are a company, team or organization, we can custom create tons of unique items!
What are our turn-around times?
Turn around times vary for a number of reasons. Mainly it is based on the number of orders already inline for production when you order is being placed. At times of the year we have lower volumes so production can in fact be faster than our “busy season”. Other factors include the construction style of the uniforms - stitched work always takes longer to produce than full sublimation. Lastly, quantities will play a factor as we do have minimums on all of our products. Feel free to reach out to us to see where we are at with production times.
Do our uniforms come with double shoulders and elbows?
All of our uniforms, regardless of the construction style you choose to go with, will come standard with double shoulders and elbows. The will be reinforced with 2 layers of material for longevity and durability. We also offer custom fight straps for your uniforms at no added cost.
Does making changes to my order after it is placed change anything?
In almost all cases, it will… Depending on how long ago your order was placed or the type of changes you are requesting, will all play a factor in how much it may affect your order production timeframe.
Do we design logos, branding?
All the time! If you have a team mascot, company logo, sponsor, idea or just want to get the gears turning to build a branding standard for your order, we are here to help! When you order with us we do not charge art fees, we do not charge set up fees and we are here to help with all the details.
Do you offer an expedited or rush option?
We do not have an option for any customer to pay a fee or an amount to push your order to the front of the production line. All orders are produced based on when they are placed. While some may finish faster than other based on many factors, we are a company that prides ourselves on completing orders as soon as possible.
